I use evidenced-based researched interventions that have shown to significantly improve and eliminate many problems faced by many new nursing moms.
Lets learn the latest recommendations made by the researchers who has the breastfeeding dyads at heart (members of American Academy of Pediatrics, Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine, International Lactation Consultant Association, March of Dimes, the Center of Disease Control, the Association of Women's Health, Obstetrics, and Neonatal Nursing, and many other wonderful breastfeeding-friendly organizations).
